![]() ![]() I have another guitar that I had for years now which is for PS3 and I had to change the capacitors on it, so I did the same thing on the PS2 guitar and it was working for a moment until a put the screws in. I really want to use that guitar, it's almost brand-new and it has the second row of fret on it, which is really neat!īuying another dongle won't do anything, I found the solution which I expected in the beginning. I'm down to open it and dismantle a PS2 controller to make it wired if I need too. I had to replace capacitors on my PS3 guitar, so maybe I need to do the same on this guitar?Ĭould it be that the power is too low to sync them? What type of connection are they making? IR? Or a wireless antenna ? When I hold the receiver button, I can see it flash slowly which I recall being the sync mode.Īnyone experienced this issue and found a fix? I tried with 4 different new batteries and they all work in my PS3 guitar. I tried pressing the Sync button on the receiver and the green fret to connect but they both just keep flashing. ![]() I have this guitar for World Tour that came with the game and the receiver that you plug in a controller, been using for years but they were in storage for a few years now so I took them out of the box and plugged them into my PS2 and they won't sync. ![]()
